a Graduate Studies Officer as secondment cover to join our student administration team at the Department of Engineering Science. Based in central Oxford you will work in a stimulating and rewarding environment. Under the guidance of the Graduate Studies Administrator, you will ensure that the graduate administration function operates efficiently. You will assist with managing the process of recruitment and admissions for postgraduate students and ensure that students on course receive a high-quality service throughout their studies. You will also provide direct support to postgraduate-related committees. The ability to cope with a busy and varied workload in a team-based environment, and changing priorities are key skills in this role.
