Job Description
The program provides structured exposure across key customer-facing functions during the initial 6–12 months, followed by placement into a defined career track based on performance and business needs.
Rotational Exposure (6–12 months)
- Technical / Applications: Product knowledge, solution configuration, and technical support
- Sales / Commercial: Customer engagement, pipeline support, and opportunity qualification
- Marketing / Demand Generation: Campaigns, events, and customer outreach
- Community & Ecosystem: University engagement and community building initiatives
Technical Track
- Applications Engineer / Technical Support Engineer / Sales Engineer
Sales Track
- Account Manager / Territory Manager
Marketing Track
- Technical Marketing / Demand Generation / Product Marketing
