This exciting wet‑lab project will involve an empirical study of bioreactor‑based recombinant enzyme production, dried‑yeast viability & vitality tests, formulation of neposin enzyme for gluten detoxification of flour dough, physico‑chemical characterisation of treated dough, and formulation of optimal baking using bioengineered baker's yeast.
BSc/Master’s Degree in Science / Biochemistry / Food Science, CGPA >3.67 for Fast‑track PhD
