Job Summary
Manages graduate program support and recruitment activities as well as organizes and implements retention strategies that contribute to student success efforts in the graduate programs housed in the School of Leadership. Works collaboratively with faculty graduate program coordinators to identify needs and coordinate processes (recruitment, advisement, advising, etc.) across programs. Supports the Director and Assistant Director in meeting the operational requirements of the School related to graduate program management. Is responsible for communication and tracking data related to prospective and current students.
