The Graduate Programme runs for two years and focuses on developing both foundational and future‑focused skills. It provides early hands‑on exposure to mechanical and electrical/power systems, safety and operational excellence, and an opportunity to build strong technical foundations and grow confidence.
Working alongside experienced engineers to acquire insight into how equipment, systems and processes interact, and contributing to improving how the operation runs safely and reliably.
