We are partnering with a fast-growing, financial services business in Sydney that is looking for a sharp, energetic Operations Associate.

This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience in professional admin, retail banking, or operations who brings a great attitude and wants to learn how a finance business actually runs.

• Full-time permanent role
• $75,000 - $85,000 + super (depending on experience)

What You'll Do

You will sit in the engine room of the business, getting direct exposure to the entire financial lifecycle with zero corporate bureaucracy.

• Loan Origination: Guide applications from submission to credit review, proactively fixing any gaps.
