A leading city law firm require an IT assistant to provide a variety of support duties and project work for the firm. The remit will be broad and will involve a mixture of first and second line support, assistance on ongoing projects, and day to day processes.
Whilst a few monthsβ experience might be an advantage this is very much a graduate level position. It is essential that you have completed an IT related course or qualification. Familiarity with most hardware will be expected, i.e. setting up PCs, IT equipment etc. and an instinct for picking up new software quickly (albeit with training) will be key. Good communications skills will also be needed as you will be a part of a cohesive IT team as well as engaging with members of staff with updates and troubleshooting IT queries.
