About the Role

We're hiring graduates across the North Island right now. Rather than locking you into a single track from the start, this programme is designed around rotation. Over your first months, you'll move across teams within Halter's go-to-market and customer function, gaining firsthand experience across business development, territory management, customer onboarding, customer support, and fleet before finding where you fit best and then building your career from there!

What You'll Experience Across the Rotation

As you move through the programme, you'll get exposure to a range of go-to-market and customer functions. Depending on where you're placed at any given time, your days might include:

• Business Development – Prospecting, pipeline management, on-farm demos, and closing deals with dairy farmers across North Island regions.
