**Your role:**
We are looking for a **Graduate Civil Engineer** for our **Infrastructure** team to be based in **Northampton** , joining our 2026 Graduate Programme.
**The Opportunity**
As a Stantec graduate, from the beginning of your career you will be developing design solutions to support the development of new communities across the entire Midlands and East of England. You will also collaborate with your team and wider cohort, developing your civil engineering expertise within an exciting and creative interdisciplinary environment.
Your work will be diverse, encompassing anything from designing a new junction on the national strategic road network, to designing sustainable drainage systems for a 5,000 home residential development. Your duties could include:
