Wood is seeking a motivated Emirati graduate to join a trainee role supporting the administration and functional support of Engineering Document Management Systems (EDMS) used on major energy and process plant projects.

An EDMS is the controlled system used to manage project documents and engineering deliverables, including document registration, metadata, review workflows, revision control, transmittals, access permissions, reporting and final handover records.

The successful candidate will support day‑to‑day EDMS activities, including user support, system configuration, access management, workflow support, reporting, data quality checks, user training and issue resolution. The role will provide exposure to how project documents, engineering deliverables and records are controlled across complex project environments.
