Graduate Business Analyst Description - Customer Support (CS) delivers services for all PPS customers across EMEA through a network of outsourced partners. We are looking for a Graduate Business Analyst to join the Delivery Cost & Operations team within the Service Delivery Support and Business Management organization. This is a full‑time position designed as a versatile analyst profile, supporting the team across multiple priorities including automation (including AI), operational performance, and financial analysis.
