Position Summary
As a graduate automation engineer, you will work with a small team of engineers in a fast‑paced environment to maintain and assist with the development of automation solutions that streamline processes in a laboratory setting. Although based in Auckland, you can expect some ANZ travel as part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Robotic Automation System Design and Development: design, prototype and manage robotic systems, encompassing mechanical, electrical and software elements; optimise systems for peak performance, precision and cost‑efficiency.
- Programming and Control: develop control algorithms for robot trajectory planning and object manipulation; develop, test and refine software for diverse robotic applications.
