Graduate Assistant for Welder Library

The University of Mary is seeking applications for a Library Graduate Assistant for Welder Library. The Graduate Assistant will work twenty hours per week. This will include evening shifts.

Candidates will be invited to demonstrate a willingness to support the Christian, Catholic, Benedictine mission of the University of Mary.


Essential Roles and Responsibilities Include:

+ Close the library as scheduled; it will include evening shifts usually from 5pm to 10 pm.

+ Handles Circulation tasks such as checking materials in and out, renewing and the returning of library materials.

+ Provide reference services to students and faculty in the absence of library staff.

+ Direct student workers in absence of library staff.

+ Assist with various Archive projects which include scanning pictures, cataloging building plans, etc.
