Four Pillars

Fellows will receive classroom instruction on Scripture and Systematic Theology throughout their two years. Department-specific care and programmatic training provide integral Character and Spiritual Development as we prepare Fellows for a lifetime of serving Christ. Fellows serve on the front lines of their specific ministry department and are expected to lead, teach, and help run the ministries as a whole. After two years we desire all Fellows to leave with a better understanding of how God has specifically gifted them for ministry and have a clearer vision for where you are going long-term.
