An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic experienced, or newly qualified GP to join our friendly well-established and supportive training Practice (currently FY2 training Practice with an aspiration to GP Training). We are a semi-rural Practice based in the modern, purpose-built Community Hospital in the coastal town of Girvan. Our Team consists of 3 GP Partners, 2 Practice Nurses, 1 ANP and 7 administration staff serving a Practice population of around 4459 patients. We participate in an in-hours Rota for the provision of medical cover for the Minor Injuries Unit and 20 In-Patient Bedded Community Hospital. 

The role will involve normal clinical duties, which include 15 minute Face to Face appointments, Telephone Triage, occasional home visits, and participation in in-hours cover of the Community Hospital MIU and Ward. Participation in Extended Hours provision is opti...
