We have an opportunity for a Receptionist to join our oustanding team at West Rainton Surgery. We are situated very close to the A1 between Durham and Houghton Le Spring, in a purpose-built building which is has been newly renovated to accommodate our very bright and exciting future. The building work has increased the size of the building and include an additional 3 large consulting rooms, making our practice a truly great place to work.

The practice maintains a very high QOF achievement, offering additional services such as diabetic clinics, minor surgery procedures, dermatology and sexual health.

The practice uses systmone, supported by systems such as ACCURX, GP Team Net.

CQC inspected the practice as Outstanding in 2025, with very high patient satisfaction, with consistently positive FFT feedback month on month.
