Oversee the full range of visa processes for employees and dependents including renewal, cancellation, mission family and Golden Visas ensuring compliance with UAE labour and immigration laws.
Coordinate effectively with relevant government departments to process applications, obtain approvals and resolve issues efficiently.
Manage Emirates ID registration, medical testing and related onboarding steps ensuring all employees complete legal and procedural requirements on time.
Handle attestation and legalization through MOFA and other relevant authorities maintaining the validity and authenticity of employee documentation.
Facilitate Power of Attorney, Notary Public and other legal documentation for employee or company matters.
Maintain accurate internal trackers and data reports for all visa and government transactions giving HR clear visibility into timelines, renewals and compliance status.
