Based in Wolverhampton, the successful candidate will work closely with the Governance Manager, Company Secretary and Chief Legal, Compliance and Risk Officer (CLCRO) to ensure the effective management of the firm's governance framework.

What you'll be doing:

• Administrative oversight and co-ordination of all of the firm's Tier One, Tier Two and Tier Three governance bodies, including:
• Drafting and coordinating agendas;
• Drafting minutes;
• Co-ordinating and quality control around packs of papers;
• Circulating papers and engaging with recipients;
• Supporting stakeholder engagement.
