As the Corporate Secretary, you will lead the Board's secretarial services and ensure governance policies align with the District’s strategic plan. This includes conducting evaluations, attending meetings, and managing crucial information flow. Your capabilities will be essential in fostering a collaborative environment while executing Board directives and supporting the Chief Superintendent.
