Business Technology Integrators (BTI) is seeking a driven and growth‑oriented Government Contracting (GovCon) Sales Lead to support business development efforts across federal agencies.
This role is ideal for an early‑career professional who is eager to learn the federal sales cycle, build relationships with government buyers and teaming partners, and help expand our footprint in the public sector.
You will work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and support proposal and capture activities.
Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify federal contracting opportunities through SAM.gov, agency forecasts, industry events, and partner networks.
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospects across targeted agencies and contract vehicles.
Conduct outreach to federal program offices, contracting officers, and prime contractors to introduce company capabilities and explore teaming opportunities.
