1. 统筹管理工程项目实施全过程，包括进度控制、质量监督、安全管理和成本协调；
2. 组织编制施工组织设计、技术方案及专项施工计划，并监督落实执行；
3. 协调设计、施工、监理及分包单位等多方关系，及时解决现场技术与管理问题；
4. 落实安全生产责任制，组织开展安全检查与隐患整改，确保项目符合国家及行业安全规范；
5. 配合完成工程验收、资料归档及竣工移交等相关工作。

1. 具备2年及以上工程项目管理或施工现场管理相关工作经验；
2. 熟悉国家及地方工程建设相关法律法规、技术标准与规范；
3. 具备良好的组织协调能力、问题解决能力及团队管理意识；
4. 持有建筑工程类相关职业资格证书者优先（如二级及以上建造师、安全员B证等）；
5. 能够适应阶段性现场工作安排，具备较强的责任心与执行力。
