This full-time position reports directly to the Head Golf Course Superintendent and is responsible for managing the crew, administrative duties, training, and applications of pesticides and fertilizers. The role supports a positive experience for members and guests while contributing to daily golf course operations.
Experience Required
3+ years of turf grass management experience preferredSupervisory experience requiredA four-year college degree preferred, but not requiredGCSAA Member or apprentice preferred, but not requiredKnowledge of budgeting and expense managementBasic computer skills, including Word and ExcelStrong business aptitude and passion for the golf businessHighly organized and efficient with strong attention to detailExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEssential Responsibilities
