An exciting opportunity has arisen within GMMH for an experienced member of staff to lead in the development and delivery of clinical skills training for co-occurring mental health, alcohol & drugs training.
This role is initially for 12 months to identify and replicate best practice across GMMH services in line with existing and emerging national guidance. Support will be provided by existing training teams and opportunities for career development will be on offer. Suited to those with experience managing projects, responsive to innovation and a strong ability to network, this role encourages autonomy and creativity.
A strong knowledge of co-occurring conditions and/or training needs analysis would be desirable but existing transferrable skills will be considered.
