Position Overview
Job Description1. Review and update global and HQ travel policies.
2. Establish and nurture relationships with travel agencies, hotels, airlines, car rental companies, and other vendors
3. Negotiate rates with vendors and service providers
4. Support Expatriation and oversea-hiring cases with relocation, accommodation, car rentals, and travel work permit applications.
5. Process travel-related documents (visa, work permit, ARCβ¦).
6. Analyze and manage Travel cost and budget.
7. Deal with travel-related problems.
8. Cooperate with different departments and lead travel coordinators to improve travel process and systems(i.e. Concur).
9. Ad Hoc task from Supervisor.

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
Experience: Over 4 years in in-house travel management or working in a travel agency.
Good at interpersonal communication and presentation.
