Global Trade & Customs Analyst – Midland, Ontario

Raytheon ELCAN is seeking a Global Trade & Customs Analyst to report to the Sr. Supervisor, Global Trade & Security. The role focuses on export, import, and trade compliance activities for the organization. Primary Responsibilities

Ensure effective export/import compliance in accordance with Canadian, U.S., and international export laws. Perform daily trade compliance activities: review and approve hardware export authorizations (domestic and international). Prepare and review customs documents such as Commercial Invoices, CARM & CERS portal, USMCA and other free trade agreements, validate HS codes and tariff mitigation opportunities. Handle technology transfers and deemed exports, including Data Services Export Requests (DSER) forms and Destination Control Statements for ITAR, EAR, and Controlled Goods.
