As a Global Total Rewards Expert (m/f/d), you will support compensation and benefits processes across Europe. You will work closely with Total Rewards Partners and local HR teams to deliver Total Rewards programs, while managing related data and systems effectively.

• Support the execution of Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards) processes across Europe, ensuring alignment with global standards and local implementation plans.
• Act as a key contact for day-to-day requests, including benchmark analysis, job evaluation, international transfer analysis, STI calculations, ...
