Intern/Trainee - Information Technology (IT) - Internal Firm Services. The role supports the EUC asset life cycle and IT support functions within PwC’s internal corporate services.

• Assist in operations of the EUC asset life cycle, including planning & overseeing deployment, loan, refresh, and retirement of end-user devices.
• Coordinate software packaging, release, and deployment processes to ensure smooth updates.
• Provide IT support: technical troubleshooting, software installation, and upgrades.
• Handle post-resolution follow-ups of incidents and fulfill IT service requests.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, security, and procurement departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all EUC assets, tracking status, location, and user assignments.
• Ensure end-user devices comply with the firm’s security policies and standards.
