About the Role

The Global Talent Operations & Internal Staff Mobility Specialist, plays a critical role in enabling global talent operations, ensuring compliance, and enhancing workforce visibility across AAT’s international business. This role is responsible for delivering efficient employee lifecycle processes, maintaining accurate HR systems and records, and ensuring compliance across documentation, data, and reporting.

Acting as a central coordination point, the role supports onboarding and offboarding, employee mobility and visa processing, recruitment administration, organisational data management, and global workforce reporting. It works closely with teams across Australia, China, the Philippines, the USA, and other regions to ensure processes, systems, and documentation are accurate, consistent, and aligned with global standards, while remaining locally relevant.
