On-sale readiness:

Product/Marketing/Content
to prep key launches and campaigns.
Ops & fulfillment design:
define operational and fulfillment flows with
Customer Experience (CX)
for new providers (platforms and sellers).
Market intelligence:
track
secondary ticketing dynamics
(pricing, fees, risk, competitive moves) and identify gaps/opportunities.
Performance reporting:
monitor supplier KPIs and margin, ...
