**Description**
**SOURCING STRATEGY & SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT**
+ Own the commercial strategy for new product launches within assigned brands, ensuring alignment to brand priorities, category strategies, and enterprise sourcing frameworks.
+ Guide supplier selection decisions by balancing cost, capability, quality, sustainability, regionalization, and lifecycle considerations to optimize total value.
+ Shape and validate cost feasibility for innovation and new launches in partnership with Brand Finance, Packaging, and Category teams.
+ Provide leadership oversight of RFQ and supplier recommendation processes across the portfolio as well as directly managing and driving specific launches - ensuring disciplined evaluation and competitive outcomes.
+ Identify supplier-related risks and ensure mitigation plans are in place; escalate material risks as required.
