Position Overview
1. Direct Support to Sales Manager & Team - Partner closely with the APJ Sales Manager to operationalize strategy, manage execution, and improve team performance.
- Manage weekly sales rhythms (WBR’s, MBR’s, QBR’s, pipeline reviews, team meetings).
- Improve SDR and AE productivity through optimized workflows, tools, and processes.
- Act as the “glue” between sales and internal teams to remove blockers and enhance alignment.
2. Sales Process & Efficiency Improvements - Map, audit, and improve end-to-end sales processes (lead flow, qualification, handoff, pipeline progression).
- Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and drive process re-designs.
- Lead change-management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and systems.
