Position Overview

  • Continuously define and refresh the Group Sales Excellence roadmap (included but not limited to capability building, process optimization, pricing, and selling tools) with leadership alignment and endorsement.
  • Lead and drive the execution of Sales Excellence initiatives across Business Units, ensuring consistent adoption and measurable impact.
