This position is responsible to lead the India Procurement in development and implementation of strategies to Manage and direct all functions related to the efficient Procurement of all raw materials and indirect for the Channo and Ujain Plants, including contracts negotiation for Capital Projects, ensuring full compliance to PepsiCo and PGCS GP Policies and related controls.Develop and lead long term sourcing strategy for Ingredients/Packaging/Flavours with a total spend of US$105 MM with local vendors and global vendors (196)Develop and lead long term sourcing strategy for Indirects with a total spend of US$19 MM with local vendors.Develop Business Continuity Plan for all materials/categories in scope.Partner & engage with senior stakeholders (Sector MSO’s, Global Categories, Supply Chain) to design and implement sourcing strategy for all categories in scope and to execute category strategies on a local basis for spend ...
