Support the PROX Lead and project team in initiatives related to AI, automation, and digital tools that aim to improve People Services delivery and user experience.
Assist in identifying simple people‑services use cases suitable for automation, self‑service, or AI support, based on recurring inquiries and operational challenges.
Participate in pilots, user acceptance testing (UAT), and rollout activities for digital or AI‑enabled solutions.
Prepare basic documentation, user guides, and adoption materials.
Assist with change activities such as team communications, content updates, and user support during transitions.
Support initiatives that aim to reduce manual work, turnaround time, and repetitive inquiries.
