Position Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, benefits administration, and offboarding
- Maintain and update HRIS systems and employee records
- Support payroll data changes and benefits coordination
- Handle HR queries via central inbox and provide policy guidance
- Assist in employee relations activities and HR documentation
- Prepare HR analytics reports (attrition, hiring data, engagement surveys)
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in HR operations / HR administration
- Strong knowledge of onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Experience working with HRIS systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
