Lead and/or support high‑impact Lean initiatives across sites and functions (manufacturing, supply chain, quality interfaces, and transactional processes)
Own, deploy, and continuously improve Lean systems and standards (e.g. Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, SMED, Visual Management, TPM foundations) within the global OE operating model
Drive end‑to‑end value‑stream optimization to improve flow, increase throughput, and reduce lead time from demand to delivery
Enable systematic identification and elimination of losses and waste in direct and indirect processes, including bottleneck analysis and flow‑based optimization
Ensure Lean initiatives translate into robust problem‑solving actions, standardization, and sustainable control mechanisms
Provide hands‑on on‑site and remote support for continuous improvement events, value‑stream transformations, and stabilization phases
