Overview

The Global Manufacturing Process Lead – GPG DT – Transformer Cores Fabrication is responsible for defining, leading, and continuously improving the end-to-end engineering and manufacturing-related processes for transformers magnetic cores within the Global Product Group (GPG), covering distribution transformers, dry-type transformers, and traction transformers. This role focuses on core manufacturing processes, including lamination handling, cutting, stacking, core assembly, clamping, insulation interfaces, losses control, dimensional accuracy, and industrialization readiness, ensuring alignment between design, manufacturing, suppliers, and digital platforms. It supports the “Design Anywhere, Manufacture Anywhere” strategy by standardizing processes, enabling digital tools, and ensuring best practices in core manufacturing engineering are consistently deployed across factories worldwide.
