As an origination assistant within the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team, you will work with investment banking professionals side-by-side, and take part in origination and execution of transactions.
Job responsibilities
Support origination and execution of M&A transactions, including public and private company mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint venturesConduct research and analysis on industries, companies, and financial markets to support strategic and valuation discussions Assist in building financial models and preparing valuation analyses (comparable companies, precedent transactions, DCF, Prepare presentation materials for client meetings, including pitch books, transaction decks, and internal committee materials Conduct English/Korean translations and contribute to due dilig...
