Overall Description:
Performs People Operations administrative activities in scope in line with established procedures and templates
Key Responsibilities
•Conduct day‑to‑day administrative activities related to employee lifecycle events, such as job and personal data changes, employee movements, and employee documentation, and other HR reporting activities.
•Serve as first‑line support for People processes
•Support colleagues to ensure accurate and timely daily activities.
•Ensure high-quality process execution, administration and compliance in daily HRO activities and reporting, aligned with Service Levels and KPIs.
•Support process enhancements and best practices implementations when needed.
•Collaborate within the team and report in established ways to the Global Hub HR People Operations Manager
