Partnering closely with the C‑suite and acting as a deputy to the Group CHRO, this role will play a pivotal part in supporting the organisation’s continued growth, helping to scale, refine and enhance global ways of working.

The successful individual will lead an experienced HR Operations, Services & Transformation team, comprising specialists located across multiple international regions. They will be responsible for reviewing and optimising global HR processes and services, overseeing the HR technology stack, and leading all major global HR initiatives, including people‑related M&A activity.
