We are looking for an Global HR Reporting Sr Analyst to work in our Morumbi Office .
Job Purpose:
In your role as Global HR Reporting Specialist you will become a key user for SAP SuccessFactors and Crunchr People Analytics. You will create new (story) reports and insights and support capability building within HR. You will support ad hoc reporting- and analytical requests within the HR domain, or intersections with the business or other Functions. Lastly, you will create recurring insights on key HR processes and support our monthly stakeholder meetings with any relevant HR data updates, contributing to our transformation towards a data-driven HR function.
