• Managing the global consolidation and review of monthly financial statements for all entities Construction of monthly MD&A memo reporting on financial results and variances relative to budget Review and consolidation of monthly reported data from all entities such as incoming order detail, backlog, capex, intercompany balances, and headcount, among others Oversee and administer annual and semi-annual global budgeting processes Collecting and consolidation weekly actual bank cash reports and cash forecasts from all entities Assisting Global Controller with annual audit and  Ad Hoc reporting, financial analyses, and presentations as needed for management, lenders, and investors Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is required CPA desired, but not required Ten years of related experie...
