Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced finance leader to head the Finance & Accounting function for our IT Services & Consulting business. The role requires strong expertise in global finance operations, foreign taxation, FEMA compliance, treasury management, forex transactions, corporate banking, and financial governance across domestic and international operations.

The individual will be responsible for managing end-to-end finance operations while leading a team of 8 members and partnering with leadership on strategic financial initiatives and business expansion activities.
