Responsibilities:

1.      Pharmaceutical-related background, with at least a bachelor's degree.

2.      More than 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with over 5 years of global feasibility experience.

3.      Specialized in pre-award feasibility area.

4.      Experienced in team management. Preference will be given to those who have assisted in establishing teams or departments within a company.

5.      Work experience in a global company, with preference for those with experience in a Global CRO.

6.      Dedicated to their job, good at communicating and collaborating with the team, and have a good image.

7.      Fluent in both Chinese and English.
