As a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor, you will lead cross‑portfolio analysis and insight generation to inform Roche’s global pharmaceutical strategy. You will partner with EI and PSI teams, navigate a complex global matrix, and deliver high‑impact, insight‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic modeling & analytics: develop analytical frameworks and models to evaluate the global portfolio and inform long‑term planning.
• Market trend synthesis: evaluate diverse data sources to identify emerging trends and shifts in the healthcare landscape.
• Performance evaluation and risk mitigation: assess cross‑portfolio performance, identify growth drivers and critical trade‑offs, highlight gaps and recommend interventions.
