Key Outputs Oversee existing and new e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels. Tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of ecommerce activities and to inform future strategies Customer Relationship Management - build retention and acquisition strategies Liaison between the technical product development team, operations management and executives, as well as CAT digital and e Commerce teams. Liaise with the OEM with respect to market requirements, industry & emerging trends and the e Commerce growth strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure the successful launch of enhancements and ongoing maintenance of e Commerce products.
