You will work closely with the Head of Customer Service and local management teams to professionalize customer service processes, develop people and organizations, and embed a truly customer‑centric culture across our mixed sales companies.
You act as a coach, change agent, and ambassador for our customer service strategy, translating strategy into daily business impact.
