We are seeking an experienced CX Insights Researcher with a strong background in consumer research across retail—both in-store and online—to support the Go-to-Market Insights function within the Platforms & Devices Strategy & Operations team. This role partners closely with Global Brand, Marketing, Creative, Channel, and Regional Insights teams to deliver audience, cultural, and brand insights that shape how we market our global hardware products.The ideal candidate is a seasoned insights professional with deep qualitative and quantitative research expertise, capable of leading end-to-end studies, mapping customer journeys, and running structured A/B tests to inform creative, messaging, and go-to-market decisions.
