**_Global Commodity Strategy:_**

+ Identify and assess supplier capabilities and capacities for sub-commodities.
+ Develop and execute a global strategy and target supplier panel (commodity landscape) to maximize supply chain security, expand capacity wherever applicable and maximize cost savings.
+ Conduct competitive bidding for strategic supplier selection.
+ Leverage cross-functional teams to enhance negotiation outcomes based on should cost principles.
+ Negotiate long-term agreements with strategic suppliers.
