Global Category Manager – Indirect & Technical Spend
Role Purpose
Accountable for enterprise-wide value creation and risk stewardship across USD 250 M+ global indirect and technical spend , including IT, Facilities, MRO, CAPEX, Energy, and Corporate Services. The role provides strategic leadership, drives analytics-led decision making, and partners with senior leaders in a complex global matrix.
Key Responsibilities
1. Category Strategy & Value Delivery
Define and execute global category strategies aligned to corporate objectives.
Drive multi-year value beyond savings, including productivity, risk mitigation, working capital, and ESG.
Lead transformation initiatives such as supplier ecosystem redesign, demand management, and make-vs-buy.
2. Executive Stakeholder Partnership
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, HR, and Operations.
